RETURN EXCHANGE REFUND AGENDA

  • When A client receives a product and delivery is complete, he/she has 3 days to exchange size and inform the customer service team about any defect and blemish on the item.
  • The Faulty item might be returned to BLEND within 3 days of delivery. Upon consideration by our team, we will inform the customer about the product and if any request of size exchange, damage product and return is applicable.
  • In any case no money shall be returned to the customer. If he/she receives a faulty or damaged item from BLEND, an exchange option shall be  it shall be offered to the respective customer where the customer will be able to choose a similar product in the same/higher price range.
  • If the quality of the product is compromised or discoloration happens within 7 days of delivery, the customer must notify the Customer Service team.
  • Any Exchange or Return issue must be solved under 7 days duration from the date of delivery. After that time period no party would be able to place any request for exchange or return.
  • Every customer has the right to an immediate return if they find a faulty item or size issue.

DISCOUNT SALES

  • Return, exchange and refund policy will not be applicable for any discounted product(s). Any discount item once purchased cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
